Review: Chequamegon National Forest Day Lake Campground

Great campground, fire rings, pit toilets, non electric. Elk in the area, store and restaurants

Close by. Lake access, beach and boat landing. More of a canoe/kayak type lake. Hiking seems limited to the ATV trail.
