Not COE recreational park.
They allow "long-term " camping, so there are people living there, resembles a homeless camp. Older trailers and tent encampments. Renters have multiple dogs that bark day and night, children on trikes screaming and shrieking, plus the sites have a lot of litter.
Multiple vehicles parked willy, nilly.
There was hot water in the dilapidated shower house and it appears it was cleaned once in the 4 days we stayed there. There appears to be volunteers to work the office from 1 to 5 daily, but normal campground rules are not enforced.
