This is a county parks owned and maintained nice rustic campground. It is good for tent camping, but not recommended for fifth wheels or RV because it would be a nightmare trying to get the big vehicles in the small spaces. No electricity or water hook ups. Pit toilets. Hand pump for water.
The camp ground is built on the side of a hill and has two levels. Both have very attractive campsites that are spacious. Each campsite has a picnic table. At the bottom of the hill is a trout river that runs with crystal clear water.
This campsite is a real treasure. There are only 13 campsites available and it is only first come, first serve. Honor system payment. Richly wooded and shaded. Natural and nice setting.
