We had made reservations to stay here and our RV had a bird fly up into our engine and into the fan. The result was a punctured radiator. We were in Maryland still and on a Sunday, nothing was open. There was no way to reach the location. I called and they said I had to forfeit the cost of the stay because I didn’t give them more than 24 hours notice. I have had similar situations happen and the other KOA were understanding and did not charge me. Absolutely no compassion at Huntington/Fox Fire KOA!
