Every single member of the staff we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. Entire facility was clean and well maintained. Excellent food and lounge options. Do not stay in room 265 in the River Tower. Although the room was very nice and clean with a very comfortable bed, it is right above a loading dock and trash compactor. Backup alerts from trucks and noise from unloading woke us up both mornings we were there. That, however, is my only complaint. Everything else was awesome!
