Great views. Service is ok. Breakfast is good. Dinner is overpriced for bland and low quality food. We booked in the main lodge for 167. We went into our room and heard the neighbors talking and then later the kids crying and screaming. Lodge room are very small with paper thin walls, 1 star for that room. The Lake View room was great but the upgrade we agreed to not held up by the manager when we checked out. We have the card from the manger and he said he would call us between 3 and 4 pm today the 18th of December. Staff seem nice but do not keep their word and do not value customers. Showers do not get hot, only warm. Sauna is a warm room is definitely not a sauna by any meaning of the word. Would not recommend this facility to friends or family.
