I have no bad words to say about this place. I was up against the wall in finding a place ASAP or be homeless basically. This, of course, was on my list to call since we drove by it a million times in our travels, and this Halloween will be 2 years. The Manager of the place, in my opinion, went way above and beyond I know anyone else would've in staying in communication with me when I kept calling about the space we're in now. The cost to stay here is just like anywhere else nowadays which, to the non-business educated public would be over-priced for what you get. But, it makes sense as there are other places that charge way more. Yeah, there's the Highway, but it really isn't that noisy as others try to make it out to be. There are rules just like any other place you stay, permanent or otherwise, but even those are pretty simple. Don't stay connected, keep your "S" clean and be quiet after 2100. The only single downfall is we miss drinking water from the tap, but there's nothing you can do about the fact that this place was built on old wetlands. That's what filters are for if it means that much to you. Every now and then before the chlorine shock treatment it will smell swampy, but again, welcome to the Foothills...lol I worked for an Environmental company, so I know and understand what it takes to maintain a well. There's nothing easy about the location in the first place, and it's a balancing act between keeping the nitrates down and also not overdo the whole chlorine thing. So, don't pay attention to those who want to talk "S" about the water. Life is good here, and Natural Selection always finds a way to weed out the dumba$$es. In any one of my normal reviews I would give this place 3 stars which I think is actually pretty good, but just for the Manager being a good egg and doing what he did for us when he didn't have to? 5 stars everday, and he'll even talk to you every now and then too...lol Cheers!!
