I bought a Getaway Often gift card and didn't use it. I was planning on using this year, when I went to the website and noticed it was gone. I receive DAILY newsletters about discounts, so much spam but never received anything telling me that my $500 package was about to expire. If I knew, I'd have booked sooner. I tried to talk to the customer service but they barely replied to my e-mails. Very disappointed.
edit: Contacted the company and had no help.
Our Getaway Often Packs live on your account for 2 years after the date of purchase. It looks like your Getaway Often Pack expired on 1/14/24.
