We had high hopes for this campground but unfortunately we had some major issues. 1. The TT sites are far from all the amenities, whereas the KOA sites are not. 2. The washrooms were disgusting. The showers were not maintained and the floors were full of hair and mud. 3. The staff had a few gems but there were a few women who were just awful. 4. The store was closed on Sunday and Monday while we were there and it was hard to find staff. 5. My daughter lost a bracelet that she bought there and when she approached a staff member about the lost and found, the grumpy woman said she couldn't go up to the office.
The pros were that there were lots of fun things for the kids to do, a nice bouncy pillow, organized crafts and activities. The pool was nice and the location in the mountains was beautiful! I just wish they could improve the quality of the service.
