WA Park is always a go-to spot for me when I'm in Anacortes. I drove here after getting off the ferry to show a friend the beauty and get it a cold swim at the beach next to the boat launch. If you make one stop while driving the loop, make sure it's at the South Bluff. You can also walk to the next two car parking to check out the Havekost Tomb, and read about the history. There is also a loop trail. And a porta potty across the street.
