Winter time visit.
Beautiful panoramic view of the area, lots of space to let kids or pets move around. Decent amount of parking spots and lots of picnic tables.
Definitely cold this time of year and a constant wind!
Also, this park requires a discovery pass or you need to drop a payment in the box at the sign. Rangers do check so do the right thing!!
