The campground is right next to Hwy 81 bridge so you can hear the traffic at all times. The sites are tiny and barely kept up and many did not have a fire pit. There were several long term residents who leave junk around their trailers. There was an old couch sitting out in front of someone's trailer and one site had a pickup truck in front of a trailer with a bed full of beer bottles. I'll The store was minimal, and had some video poker machines so there were sometimes shady people hanging out in the store. The only good thing was that it was right on the New River but the traffic noise overshadowed that.
