I have been camping here for more than 40 years, since I was a child. This is a no frills camping. Sites are very large and spacious. There are separate beaches for each area of the campground. Great place if you have a boat with lots of room to ski, tube, sail, kayak or just fish. Bathhouses are public but maintained. Just a great place for campers and to hand up a hammock and relax. Make sure you find Lucky's Ice cream which is about 5 miles after you cross the Dam.
