This is a fantastic park for naturalist offering several wildlife opportunities, especially birding. For birders, this park offers a diverse population of sparrows, raptors, and migrating warblers. Each trail system is unique and provides a different experience. Weekdays are quiet but the weekends can get crowded especially with equestrians. The park offers several great events for families and is a great dark park for the stargazers.
