Patagonia is a great place to spend the day or camp for a few days. They have cabins you can rent if you don't own an RV and you aren't a tent person. They also have boats you can rent at the marina store from pontoon boats, power boats, small engine 2 person fishing boats, row boats, and canoes. Or of course you can bring your own. There are two different boat ramps to drop your floating palaces in the water and plenty of parking around them. The area is very scenic and beautiful with hiking trails as well. There's a designated no wake zone for swimmers and boats without a motor. The lake also has on lake restrooms that you can dock at or swim to. It can be an inexpensive day trip or a pricier camping weekend depending on what you plan to do. Of course there is also plenty of fishing and all around fun for the entire family. This is definately one of my favorite weekend/day trip getaways during the summer. I highly recommend you check it out!
