We just started using KOA’s as our campground of choice, since our recent RV purchase. This is our favorite of those we’ve visited so far! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Jordan who gave me the info on morning pancakes and hot beverages, then the next morning she sat and had breakfast with me! My husband and I walked our dog all over this huge park and stopped to let her sniff inside the dog pen. They even have a dog washing station for use in warmer weather. The pool is closed of course but the hot tub was open! The bathroom/showers were warm, clean and looked new. I asked Jordan if the floors were heated because they were warm under my feet. She said it was because they keep the building warm. Each site has a large patio with a composite picnic table adjacent to a wide RV slot. It was peaceful, and had a decent number of travelers for this time of year. There is a train whistle about 2am and 8am, but I enjoyed the sound. Before we left my husband had our LP filled on site, which was a little more expensive but worth the convenience! SL, we’ll see you again after visiting Idaho.
