Pine Valley Guard Station is run by kind and efficient staff. The prices for visiting the area are reasonable, and the wait to get into the park is relatively short. We went hiking on well maintained trails, but I also saw people on horseback and biking. There seems to be spots for camping as well. Don’t worry too much about parking as there seems to be ample space for this. I highly recommend visiting the area.
