This place is beautiful...on the outside. It is an idyllic rustic cabin situation with beautiful, quiet, peaceful views. But once you get inside things change a bit. The grungy handprints on the doors, bunk bed frames, light switches and counter tops are a big turn off. But even moreso are the bathrooms that at best have been swept out but clearly have not been actually cleaned in a very long time. While I'm fine with a "rustic" experience I'm not fine with an unsanitary experience. Additionally we had a few bags of chips that were on the counter inside a picnic basket that got chewed open by mice. So they are definitely running around on all the surfaces. If you are going bring Clorox wipes to do your own cleaning and mouse traps to keep them out of your food.
