They treat you like second class citizens, my parents passed away and I inherited the home. They never treated me like I was suppose to be there, I paied their high price HOA fees. Keep the house nice and clean. Even watered the cactus. Management either tried not to address you, or run and hide. Once a light pole had down in the tennis court, since it wasn’t ( the season) , they acted like it hadn’t fallen down. . The tennis courts you had to sweep The manager of the place never looked around the park, just to see if everything was looking good. That light pole was down at least two months, before I brought it to their attention.. they allow everyone in to use the pools or whatever $69,000 spent on tables and chairs, go when it is in the season, you can’t find a place to sit. It was getting to be a not a friendly park at all. One year they were going to recoat the streets, everyone had to come up with an additional amount of money , on top of paying your HOA dues. Then they just oiled the cracks, they took in at least one million dollars, just to oil the cracks
It was getting bad. I sold a couple of years ago. Didn’t get near what the property was worth. That was due to the great reality they have in there. Can’t bring in an outsider to do anything for you, at all had to be park allowed. Even a moving company. But , people just walking up to the gate, could no problem come in the park.
