This is an excellent own your land "RV" or Park Model resort. Grounds are very well kept. Gated community. Excellent dance floor in the main ballroom. Pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts etc. Many clubs and groups. Monthly HOA fee is reasonable. Excellent place to spend the winter. There may be units to rent. Contact unit owner directly.
