We took the Timpanogos trail, and to looped into Timpooneke and rode with a friend back to our vehicle.

The hike is a long strenuous one. There are not really many obstacles that are difficult aside from on the Timpooneke trail you have to dip down into a river bed and climb back up a 10 foot wall. However, there are places for you to walk up it.

The views are incredible.

Bring lots of bug spray there are millions of mosquitoes !!

Hiking sticks are very useful.

We hiked it on 15 August and there was still a decent amount of snow. Coming up from the Timpanogos Trail. We crossed a glacier that was close to 3/4 of a mile long.

Closer to the summer it gets a little bit deeper and more technical but still nothing too bad for a regular Hiker.

Hope it helps happy hiking! 🙌💪
