I started working in House of Hope Admissions right before the state started to shut down due to COVID-19, and have enjoyed interacting with both clients and staff ever since. The staff here is small, which allows more personalized treatment than many of the bigger programs in the area, and there’s a tight-knit team feeling instead of the disconnected independent contractor feeling that some social work jobs have. I’ve been impressed by how much staff cares about helping women with substance use disorders and their children. If you are looking for a job in social work, look no further. If you’re seeking help with addiction, please know how much we care about you and your recovery, and contact admissions for more info!
