For a campground near the city, this really feels like you are in the country. The town of Hyrum has about anything you would need during your stay and if you need more, head up to Logan. The campground is well maintained and clean. I did have to turn down a sprinkler that was turned up so high that it was blasting all over my RV. I've stayed here many times. There are no hookups so be prepared. There is an RV dump but its juxtaposition near the exit of the campground can be difficult. The worst part is that the park closes at 10PM. We stayed here because we had an event in Logan to attend. We got back to the campground at 10:06 PM and the gate was locked. We had to park outside on the residential streets all night. As we walked in, the park employees were inside the office doing their nightly paperwork. The least they could do is keep the gate open until they left for the night. Most of the sites are large but we had a tight squeeze with our 36' Fifth Wheel. I had to park my truck in the boat trailer parking overnight so it was not in the way.
