I was driving up to Montana for college and decided to spend the night at this campground. I came in at 6:30 at night obviously wanting to camp, payed $20 dollars to stay the night. I found it strange that there was no mention of my campground number or where I should go, but it was Monday so I thought they just weren't busy. An hour later the grounds managers come over and ask me for my sticker. I tell them I don't have one, but I do have a receipt. I look down at the receipt and realize it's a day pass. The grounds managers then told me I had to pay another $40 on top of the $20 (even though I was primitive camping) I already spent or leave in fifteen minutes. I, through this whole ordeal was very polite, but also visibly distraught because I had been driving for ten hours and knew there were no other campgrounds nearby. In summary the grounds staff are incredibly rude and there is no option for primitive camping. If you're looking for an emergency rest stop drive to the Walmart 10 minutes away. The staff there are incredibly polite, and they have amenities.
