Hike and bike at Rita Blanca all the time! Lots of miles of trails. In the winter months, visitors can experience the annual North American Bird Migration! There are snow geese, Canada geese, bald eagles, lots of different ducks, and occasionally, you will find pelicans using the lake as a winter home or just for a quick rest.
You may also get to see White Tailed deer and Pronghorn.
