Vast RV and day visitor park on the southern end of South Padre Island. We visited for the afternoon in late December. We wanted to visit the UTRGV Coastal Studies Lab, but it was closed for the holidays. Enjoyed walking out onto the jetty. Water is a bit chilly in late December to swim, but a wetsuit will help take the edge off.
