However they are supposed to treat the water here as they recycle it but they don’t, so when the sprinklers come on it smells like a sewer plant. They change the rate on the long term people constantly. One month it’s all bills paid next you must pay electric. The office closes earlier than the hours posted so mail received builds up. The folks that manage the office all they do is take the money. Any complaints they tell you we have to call the general manager.
