This is a gorgeous location, especially in fall. And this is a great park for day use. But we camped here and there weren’t any trails we could walk to from our campsite. If you’re comfortable biking on roads this is the place for you! We don’t like to bike on roads and honestly don’t like to use our vehicle to get around once we’ve set up camp so we don’t plan to camp here again. We’ll probably be back for a day of hiking though. The trails are nice and shady, trees everywhere! There’s also fishing and canoeing if you like.
