I would have done no stars. Came in early Saturday morning 5:30 am with dodge truck problems on my way from corpus to phoenix left at 4:30 pm.The office personnel told me (I got lucky to catch on site for a brief moment)they would charge me for three days of rent because they would not be back in the office until Monday but would refund remainder. When we called Monday after arriving in phoenix,she quickly said they don’t do refunds at all.
