Took my two younger kids for a weekend stay in a cabin. Was very comfortable to stay in. Grill and fire pit at ground level. Water was great, just enough shade not to fry in the summer. Wasn't crowded so when choosing a cabana there was plenty to choose from. My kids learned to use kayaks on their own. It is nature so be careful of algae on the steps leading into the water. My husband slipped and hit hard on the stairs going into the water. Luckily he didn't break a rib on the steps although he sported pretty bad bruises. The river was nice but kind of wish it was a bit longer. Aside from that we had a great time.
