They are well maintained for the most part. That guy is out there cutting grass and putting on a show for everyone see. BUT the “Free WiFi is a JOKE!! We have been here 3 months and it hasn’t worked!! You can’t get WiFi, cable, or internet that they advertise!! Choose wisely!! We are 2 mins from town and NOTHING!!
