It's ok. Small space. On the grass/sand. Full hook ups. No concrete pad. Did love being right on the beach. But a little thrashed out. Needs some TLC. Other than that very nice owner to help us with reservation. Very few spots available so book early if you want to stay here. Some pics are looking out my window with car obstruction of water view. A little rough around the edges but other than that it is just feet away from beach.
