If you have kids I don’t recommend!
people go over the speed bump then fly down the road going 30mph+
Lady chain smokes in the office
Checked out the laundry room and there was a roach crawling on the washer and I left right after that.
Rent is cheap but I rather pay a little more and be somewhere nice and that is kept up.
