We arrived and office Mark was nice. We had a deluxe spot and were directed to it. The spot we paid extra for was backing up to a fence behind someone’s house. The space had no trees, the neighbor had two living room overstuffed reclining chairs on her space and a great deal of items littering her space with a dog pen that outlined out border to her space. We drove back to the office and felt this was not a deluxe spot which we paid more to have. After a discussion Mark offered a refund so we reduced our stay to two nights and moved to a shady spot with really nice neighbors. His comment about the other neighbor was, “well she has lived here a long time. You have to understand all QRV places really cater to long term guests”. We did not get that impression from the website.

I had called several times to ensure I could fish in the ponds. The ponds were 1/2 empty and moss/algae covered large portions of the water’s surface.

Much of the park need some maintenance to get it back to a level to earn a well maintained camping RV rating. Efforts seemed to be started to upgrade the park but maybe this place was just bought and they have not caught up all of the needed repairs

If you need to live in the area it could work, if you are looking for an RV Resort as a destination to relax and play this is. NOT your spot.
