Mark is awesome! We stayed a few months last year. The park was always clean and well maintained. The highway (TX 105) construction was a little bit of a hassle, but the location and Mark's excellent management of the park made it all with while. We intended to stay longer, but my job was finished much earlier than I had hoped.
