It was nice to be in the pines it was a six hour drive to get here. The campsites are not very well marked so get here before dark. The part hostess nice but he was not able to tell us anything about trails. He had no idea how to get down to the lake. They had a recent controlled burn and there was still some smoldering. I was sick and heartbroken to see the trash left in the trails and especially at the lake. The State needs to get in there and monitor once in a while and get cleaning crews as it was a mess
