Tried to book a trail ride back in February and I used their website to book it, paying $75. When I called to confirm, they first told me they don't even use their website for payments, but eventually said they found it. We had a trail ride scheduled, but they called me day of and told me the weather was bad so we had to reschedule. So I rescheduled for the next weekend, but again the weather was bad. I tried calling a few weeks later to reschedule, and had a difficult time trying to find a time that works for us, but finally did. But once again, the trails were too muddy for the horses to ride. By this time, I have given up and wanted to ask for a refund. They first told me I never paid, and when I sent them the charge on my credit card, they just ignored me. Still haven't gotten my $75 back... Overall, they seem very unprofessional and difficult to work with.
