Before I go Into the bad details. The park itself is beautiful, amazing rv spots with lots of space. We came in on a Friday night, I called prior to tell the staff we would be arriving after hours. The man who answered the phone said the gates will be open and we could come up to the front in the morning to check in. We arrived at 11pm. 1 hour after closing. Gates were locked, we called and nothing. We slept in our vehicle that night. The next morning. They were supposed to open at 6am. We had to personally walk to the park host campsite to wake the man up!! At 7am! Said the power went out and his alarm didn’t come on. He didn’t even truly check us in. Beautiful park, horrible staff. Especially when you tell us the gates will be open after hours and they’re not.
