My mom and I stayed at one of Monica's properties while in San Antonio for 10 days of appointments that my mom had to go to at the University Transplant Center. Let me first just say that this was our first ever experience with Airbnb and Monica blew our expectations completely out of the water, and went way above and beyond in a way I have never seen. A reason we looked at Airbnb is to find a place that would lets us bring our three small dogs so we could save money on not having to board them. Well, Monica's placed checked that box off immediately, so one less thing to stress about. Secondly her place is right across from the Transplant Center where we are having to be, another box checked off, and another thing less to worry about. With appointment times we were needing some flexibility on check in/out times. Monica check off that box for us, and set us up in one of her properties she is preparing to list here. This place is something incredibly special. This place just felt like home. The house is just the right size for my mom and I (comparable to the size of our house), the colors and decor are very soothing and relaxing, the beds are like sleeping on clouds, and Monica made sure we had everything we needed. Monica really helped take all the stress out of the travel accommodations aspect of this trip so that we could focus on the appointments. Let me tell you, that means everything. The first day we came we had to drop everything off, crate my dogs, and head off to our first appointment. Monica was at the house most of the time we were gone, and went so far as to comfort my dogs by talking to them letting them know we'd be back. They seemed to understand and calmed down rather quickly. That is what I call amazing. She is the sweetest, most caring person ever. We had made other accommodations for next week, when we'll be back, but we have promptly cancelled those and booked again with Monica.
