The owner has a sign posted saying guns are welcome but he didn't put a disclaimer out stating that BB guns are not welcome which is one of the apparent reasons why I am being evicted I was seeing in the evening time taking out the trash and it scared one of my neighbors I wouldn't even have to carry a BB gun if the owner would be proactive when it comes to stray dogs roaming his property
