I would recommend staying as far away from this place as possible. When we got there we were never given a set of park rules or rental agreement... and the manager has zero respect for Texas tenant rights. The manager was drunk majority of the time we saw her or tried to talk to her for anything. She refuses to answer her phone... thank god we never had an emergency that we really needed to get ahold of anybody. We decided to stay there as it was advertised with multiple amenities such as wifi, dog park, laundry, and firepits. The wifi didn't work, the dog park is sad at best, the laundry was closed, and the firepits are just rusty car rims thrown on the ground. The manager targeted us and treated my husband and I like trash in response to me not dealing with her screaming at me over the phone while I was at work. Not only did she treat us like trash but she damaged our camper. She beat on our front door so hard that the deadbolt was bent and jammed. I reached out to the regional manager of the park about the situation and nothing was done to help us out although I do appreciate that she did genuinely seem sorry that the manager put us through that. The mail is delivered into a crate at the front of the property despite there being multiple small buildings that could be used as a mail delivery spot. Overall this is the worst trailer park I have experienced and we have stayed at multiple all over the country.
