The owners and the residents were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The owner, Joe Dodson (who is a Veteran), graciously welded a bracket onto our RV that had broken. The residents and Joe, welcomed us to the park upon arrival. The park is small, but the spots are oversized. We were able to easily fit our 44' RV and F350 dually side-by-side with a little room to spare. The park was also very quiet. The roads were a bit narrow, but we didn't have a problem getting or 5th wheel in and out. They also have a washer and dryer set for laundry. Lastly, the park has wifi (you may need an extender to get a stronger signal). I would definitely recommend this park to others and will be back.
