We had a ton of fun with a bunch of kids but we're not given ANY info at check-in (hence the 3 stars). No map, no schedules. We didn't know what our "activity vouchers" covered or didn't cover and we totally missed breakfast because apparently it was only served at 8:30 (we showed up at 9:30 and the place was shut down). A map, brochure and schedule would have made out stay much better.
