The RV park is well laid out and very neat and clean. It is a bit difficult to get to park, if traveling North on I35 towards Gainesville, as you must exit, go past the first turn and use the second turn which leads you in a right half circle, over I35 and another half circle to get onto the service road leading to the park. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful, renovations are to be done on some parts of the park, but those are not affecting the campground itself. The paved sites are very large and easily to enter/exit and level. The back in sites are gravel, but seem to be very level and hard. The dog park is well maintained and has obstacles for K9s to play on. Only down side is lighting is not good at night, as one of the motion lights didn't work until you walked up to it and waved about a foot from it. But in daylight is is large enough for K9s to run and exercise after being in a RV or vehicle.
Only bad situation, which was not the parks fault was a complete power outage through the park. This was restored as quick as possible; as it was on a Sat. I decided to stay an extra night and although the office is closed on Sun, my request was answered VERY quickly and all was well.
Although park is a little difficult to get to, as a KOA, it is very well maintained and except for the electrical hickup, the stay was nice, comfortable and enjoyable.
