My mother-in-law rented us a cabin for the weekend. When I was trying to get the details about the cabin, she told me I needed to know who made the reservation. I gave all three of the possible choices. Mind you, this is just to find out if there's a bathtub, a full-sized refrigerator, and what appliances there are for cooking so I can pack correctly. Even though one of the names I gave was who made the reservation, as we later confirmed, she couldn't give me those details. We won't be going back here ever. This has been a ridiculous experience.
