Apparently the new owner doesn’t understand “no means no”.
Stephanie called and left a message indicating she needed me to give a bid to do work at the RV Park, in which I replied that I was NOT interested in giving a bid, because I am not interested in doing the work there. I explained as to why, and she gave me a difficult time about it because now “it’s under new ownership”. Well that’s great- but that has nothing to do with my reasoning for not wanting to do work on the property. I quit doing RV park’s many years ago (except for one who is good about doing regular maintenance)- but apparently I’m supposed to let the customer tell me how to run my business. Well- that’s just not happening.
I might also add that she called on the Monday right before Thanksgiving- probably the busiest week of the year for most of us in the service industry.
