A hidden gem in the Texas State Park System. One of the best Dark Night Skies parks in the state. Its also has a unique geological feature that I only found inside this particular park. You can see remnants of an ancient sea floor on one of the trails. You get to stand where an ocean once stood. If you love science and history, then this is the park for you. Can you say you visited Copper Breaks without kissing an official Texas Longhorn? I’ll let the staff explain that one!
