Nice gem in the panhandle of Texas. Made a trip out to hike a few trails and the park is great. Plenty of trail options to choose from with various distances and difficulty to suit your needs. The geology and land formation is definitely unique. The park is declared a National "Dark Park" meaning the light pollution is extremely low and you are able to get glimpses of the Milky Way without using a telescope, I haven't experienced this just yet, but planning to toncheck it out when the temperatures are more comfortable. Definitely worth the $3 admission to the park.
