The cabin itself is great expect their is only a tiny closet so most clothes stayed in luggage. The customer service from Timber Tops for check-in was by far the worst experience I have ever had. First I called around 11am to ask if the cabin had a coffee maker and they said no. When I arrived it actually had 2 a keurig and older style coffee maker. I arrived at the cabin at 320pm because I had groceries and wanted to get in. I called Timber Tops and Beth and answered. I asked her if the cabin was ready and she said it was still being cleaned ( I am ouside the cabin and no one is their). I asked her if she could call the cleaning company to see if and when it would be ready. She said no she couldn't and gave no explanation as to why she couldn't. I asked to speak to her supervisor. Stacy answered and this is were it really went downhill. I asked Stacy if she could contact the cleaning company to see if the cabin was ready. She also said no because the cabin was still being cleaned. I then explained to her that I was outside of the cabin and no one was there, if she could call the cleaners. She said no the cabin would be ready at 4 and they would call me with the door could when it was ready. I told her to call the cleaners because she said it was being cleaned and she HUNG UP ON ME. My wife calmed me down and said to wait until 4. At 405 I called because I didn't receive a call at 4 when check in starts. Stacy answered at and said the cabib was not ready yet. I explained to her that SHE said check in starts at 4. She said that is correct that means the cabin can be ready any time after 4. I explained to her that as I travel a lot worldwide for work, when a hotel says 4pm check in that means the guest can show up at exactly 4pm and the room will be ready not the hotel can give you the room from 4pm on. She said the cabin was not ready because the cleaners had not yet informed her that the cabin had been cleaned. I again asked her to cqll the cleaners. It is past 4pm and they have not released the cabin means they are nor complying with their job. Again she said she couldn't. This time I hung up the phone. At 425pm they finally called. I was extremely upset and started twlling that this was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful that they could not xomply with the agreed upon time of 4pm. She interrupted me and said DO YOU WANT YOUR DOOR CODE OR NOT? (in an extremely rude tone). To top it off, the door didnt work and maintenance had to come
