Nice area of the lake, too bad we had to come from a different boat ramp to get to it because the park ranger closed this whole area down on a Tuesday morning 08-08-2023 during a torrential downpour that we were waiting to pass over because a tree fell somewhere (nowhere near an entrance/exit and I believe it happened days prior). I have the suspicion he was just not wanting us to stick around because we were the only ones there. My kids and I were enjoying ourselves and then this guy came and ran us off wearing street clothes driving a white Chevy Impala with the forestry logo on the side, for what I can only gather was pure laziness. ðŸ˜
